Antipasti Pizza e Gelato

Class description!

Welcome to our Roman-Style Antipasti and Pizza class! The class lasts approximately 3 hours. Experience the warmth and flavor of a traditional Italian pizzeria dinner with our Antipasti & Pizza class 🍝👨‍🍳

In this engaging, hands-on session, you’ll learn how to recreate a classic Roman meal starting with three authentic starters: crispy supplì, fragrant bruschetta, and delicate baccalà in pastella (battered cod).

Next, roll up your sleeves to craft pizza dough from scratch. Our passionate local chefs will guide you step by step from mixing and kneading to stretching and topping, so you can achieve that perfect Roman crust. To finish on a sweet note, during the lesson we will prepare a gelato with the flavour you like most. 

We love to pair food with a degustation of Local Wine or Local Beer for a perfect experience😋👌

Do you want to learn how to make your own pizza? Stretch it, cover it and bake it with the help of our Chef Alessandro, who will teach you how to create the perfect dough and recreate it easily in the comfort of your own home 🍝🤩
